The event is free of charge for you. You will be provided with accommodation and full board.Please note: The event is funded by grants. If you cancel, Lambda will not receive any funding for your place, but Lambda may still have to pay for accommodation and meals.We therefore charge cancellation costs of up to 100.00 € for this event, depending on whether we can still cancel accommodation and full board.However, if you cancel and we are able to fill your place with another person, you do not have to pay the cancellation costs. If you are ill and send us a certificate from your doctor, you also do not have to pay the cancellation costs.Travel costs to and from the event can be reimbursed to Lambda members up to a maximum of €60. Since events are usually funded based on the number of participants, we unfortunately cannot cover any travel costs if you cancel.
