Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass die zur Abwicklung der Veranstaltung erforderlichen persönlichen Daten vom Veranstalter, dem Jugendnetzwerk Lambda e.V., auf elektronischen Datenträgern und in Papierform gespeichert werden.
Ich stimme der Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung der personenbezogenen Daten beim Veranstalter zur Abwicklung der Veranstaltung ausdrücklich zu. Die gespeicherten persönlichen Daten werden vom Veranstalter vertraulich behandelt und ausschließlich an rechtlich vorgegebene Vertragspartner weitergegeben (z.B. Unterkunft und Versicherung). Die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung der personenbezogenen Daten des*der Teilnehmer*in erfolgt unter Beachtung der DS-GVO, des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes und des Telemediengesetzes.
Mir ist bekannt, dass mir das Recht zusteht, die Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen. Der Veranstalter ist in diesem Fall zur Löschung der persönlichen Daten unter Wahrung der gesetzlichen Fristen verpflichtet.

I agree that the personal data required for the handling of the event will be stored by the organizer, Jugendnetzwerk Lambda e.V., on electronic data carriers and in paper form.
I agree to the collection, processing and use of the personal data by the organizer for the purpose of handling the event. The stored personal data will be treated confidentially by the organizer and will only be passed on to legally specified contractual partners (e.g. accommodation and insurance). The collection, processing and use of the participant's personal data will be carried out in compliance with the German Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz).
I am aware that I have the right to revoke the consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, the organizer is obliged to delete the personal data in compliance with the legal deadlines.

Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass an der Jugendbegegnung ausschließlich junge LSBTIQ* zwischen 18 und einschließlich 26 Jahre teilnehmen dürfen.

I acknowledge that only young LGBTIQ* between the ages of 18 and 26 may participate in the event.

Bitte beachte: Wir erstatten bis zu 60,- Euro pro Person pro Veranstaltung. Ausgenommen von der Begrenzung sind Vereins- und Vorstandsmitglieder, die für den Verein tätig geworden sind (§ 12 (5) Satzung). Bei Rückfragen hierzu melde dich gerne bei den hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen.

Die Veranstaltung ist für dich kostenlos. Dir werden eine Unterkunft und Vollverpflegung gestellt. Fahrtkosten zur An- und Abreise können nach der Veranstaltung bis zu einer Höhe von 60€ zurückerstattet werden, ggf. können auch teurere Fahrtkosten erstattet werden, bitte nehme dazu Kontakt mit uns auf.
Die Veranstaltung wird mit Fördergeld finanziert. Wenn du absagst, bekommt Lambda keine Fördermittel, muss aber für Unterkunft und Verpflegung trotzdem zahlen. Das sind bei dieser Veranstaltung Ausfallkosten in Höhe von bis zu ___,00 Euro, je nach dem ob wir das Essen noch kostenlos stornieren können.
Du kannst uns bis 14 Tage vor der Veranstaltung mitteilen, wenn du doch nicht teilnehmen möchtest. Wenn du später als 14 Tage vor der Veranstaltung absagst und wir deinen Platz nicht mit einer anderen Person besetzen können, musst du die Ausfallkosten selber zahlen.
Ausnahme ist, wenn du krank bist und uns eine Bescheinigung deiner*s Ärzt*in schickst. Dann kannst du absagen, ohne die Ausfallkosten zahlen zu müssen.

The event is free of charge for you. You will be provided with accommodation and meals.Travel costs to and from the event can be reimbursed after the event up to an amount of 60€, if necessary, more expensive travel costs can be reimbursed, please contact us.
The event is funded by a grant. If you cancel, Lambda will not receive any funding, but will still have to pay for accommodation and meals. This means cancellation costs of up to 120,00 Euro for this event, depending on whether we can still cancel the meal for free.
You can inform us up to 14 days before the event if you do not want to participate. If you cancel later than 14 days before the event and we cannot fill your place with another person, you have to pay the cancellation fee yourself.
The exception is if you are sick and send us a certificate from your doctor. Then you can cancel without having to pay the cancellation fee.
Travel costs to and from the event can be reimbursed to Lambda members after the event up to a maximum of €60. As events are generally funded based on the number of participants, we are unfortunately unable to cover travel costs if participants cancel and do not sign the attendance list.
